Suzuki Moto Center: Following the Suzuki Code

The Suzuki “Way of Life” means that Suzuki products are meant to be enjoyed, even after the point of purchase.

In order to reinforce this, Suzuki Philippines recently put up the Suzuki Moto Center (SMC), a bevy of one-stop-shop centers nationwide offering the total Suzuki experience within a multi-branded motorcycle shop.  These centers will cater to Suzuki owners by providing a complete line-up of Suzuki motorcycle models, excellent after-sales service, Suzuki genuine parts (SGP) and competent personnel to assist them in all their needs.  All these are aimed to make the Suzuki 3s experience (sales, service and spare parts)  more accessible to more people.  This is supported by competent and well-trained personnel that are equipped to provide full customer assistance from product information, to service and pms parts inquiries, and even proper information on motorcycle use and maintenance.

These concepts start with material, personnel and space elements that reinforce the impression of after sales competence and confidence. The Suzuki service bays tote single lifters, special tools for motorcycle diagnostics and repair, a tool shelf separated by wall partitions and painted flooring. SMC spare parts area includes a lateral cabinet for storing parts inventory and a table top glass counter for displaying genuine Suzuki spare parts prominently to customers. Displays for Suzuki motorcycles being peddled at SMCs have their own exclusive area pad, motorcycle stands, motorcycle platforms, and framed Suzuki posters in order to attract customers
.
Even when it comes to the human element, SMCs make sure that the client is the top priority. Aside from technical training, personnel manning the SMCs are taught to deal with customers in a prompt and respectful way, including properly explaining to them what needs to be repaired or serviced on their respective two-wheelers. Customers will know that you are entering an SMC due to prominent signage, which includes the Suzuki colors and the big red Suzuki “S,” and proper labeling of spare parts, service and Suzuki motorcycle selling areas. Currently, there are already 50 SMCs operating nationwide with more SMCs under construction.  Target is to have more than a hundred SMCs by the end of the year to cater to the growing market for Suzuki motorcycles.

The Suzuki way follows a code that deems the customer should be given utmost care at all times. With the Suzuki Moto Center, even casual fans of the Japanese marquee will turn into diehards.
